Fruit Pizza
Kids will be happy with the name of pizza itself. If your kid is not eating fruits
then you can try this for your kid. He will definitely like it. This is a pizza with
a cookie dough crust and sweet cream cheese sauce. You
can decorate the pizza with your favorite fruits that your kid wants to have. The
beauty will attract the kids and the adults alike and it will be tasty too.
Tips to Make Fruit Pizza
1. You can buy ready made sugar cookie dough from the market which will help you
to make pizza quickly.
2. Prepare the oven by preheating it at 350 degree F.
3. Take a pizza pan and roll out the sugar cookie dough in to the pan. Manage the
thickness of the dough at ¼”. You will get instructions for baking the dough
from its pack itself. But be careful and check the dough often. Manage to get
the dough baked to a golden brown color. Once it is cooked up to your
satisfaction then take it out and keep it for 10 minutes for cooling.
4. For making the dough by your own get a large bowl and take three fourth cup of
sugar and add half cup of softened butter. Mix them well and add one egg in to
the mixture and blend well.
5. Now mix one and quarter cups of all purpose flour, one teaspoon of cream of
tartar, one fourth teaspoon of salt and half teaspoon of baking soda.
6. Add the flour mixture in to the sugar, butter and egg mixture and blend them
well. Now bake it in a pizza pan with out any oil for 10 minutes till it becomes
golden brown. Keep it aside for cooling.
7. In another bowl take eight ounce of cream cheese and add half cup of sugar and
two teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix them well till it becomes a light
mixture.
8. Spread the cream and sugar mixture on the cooled crust.
9. You can use fruits like peaches, banana, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple and blue
berries for arranging on top of the pizza.
10. Refrigerate your fruit pizza and serve it.
