- Cover corn in water and bring to a low boil for 5 minutes.
- Add salt to jars if desired (1/2 tsp. per pint or 1 tsp. per quart).
- Pack corn into jar.
- Cover with cooking water, leaving 1”headspace.
- Remove bubbles, Wipe the rim clean and place on seal and ring. Place the jar in the warm canner.
