Ingredients for Salad and Chicken Pizza
To make this pizza, you need a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil, two cups of
sliced rotisserie chicken breast, two teaspoons of red wine vinegar, one-eight
teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of dried oregano, and quarter teaspoon of freshly
ground black pepper. You also require two medium sized tomatoes, half cup of chopped
roasted red peppers, two ounces of crumbled low-fat goat cheese, five cups of
Italian salad mix, two crushed cloves of garlic, four whole-grain wraps, and quarter
cup of chopped red onion. You can use leftovers of roasted chicken breast for this
recipe.
Steps for Making Salad and Chicken Pizza
Cut the tomatoes into half-inch pieces. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine black
pepper, vinegar, salt, and oregano with two tablespoons of the oil in a big bowl.
Add the red peppers, onion, chicken, and tomatoes. Stir well and mix. Just add the
cheese and greens on top and don’t stir.
Baking Time
Place the wraps on two baking sheets. In a small bowl, add garlic and the remaining
amount of oil. Spread this mixture over each wrap and bake them for about twelve
